Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we’re here to help.

Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging, including any tags or labels.

  • A proof of purchase (receipt, order number, etc.) is required for all returns.

To initiate a return:

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. The processing time for the refund may take 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14] days of receiving the item for a full refund or replacement. We will cover the cost of return shipping in such cases.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. If you need assistance with the exchange process, feel free to reach out to us.

Non-returnable Items:

Some items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

Shipping Fees:

For returns that are not due to a defect or error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you’re shipping an item over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Damaged or Defective Items:
